I knew we needed a temperature-controlled facility and was most impressed with the tour Sarah gave me. Knowledgeable, helpful and efficient staff. Quick to return calls. No hesitation renting a unit on the spot. Loved the level of security: code to open the gate, code to use the elevator which stops only on the floor associated with your code, cylinder locks and security cameras. The floor is so clean you can eat off it. Much better to store family mementos here than risk storing in a damp basement at home. Wish I'd thought to do this sooner.
